伺服液位计基本由接线端子部分、电子部分、磁鼓室、测量钢丝、浮子构成。
Servo level gauge is composed of terminal part, electronic part, magnetic drum chamber, measuring steel wire and float.
吊浮子的钢丝缠绕在磁鼓表面的槽中；马达单元安装在磁鼓的轴上；马达单元将力距传递到力传感器；力传感器将力距转变成频率信号；伺服处理单元从力传感器接收频率，通过马达控制浮子的位置。
The steel wire of the float is wound in the groove on the surface of the drum; the motor unit is installed on the axis of the drum; the motor unit transmits the force distance to the force sensor; the force sensor converts the force distance to the frequency signal; the servo processing unit receives the frequency from the force sensor and controls the position of the float through the motor.

导向管安装要求：
Guide Pipe Installation Requirements:
导向管必须竖直，从导向管顶部吊重锤到导向管底部，锤心距离中心偏差不超过3mm。
The guide pipe must be vertical, from the top of the guide pipe to the bottom of the guide pipe, the center deviation of the hammer should not exceed 3 mm.
导向管必须垂直，如果采用多节钢管焊制，不得存在变径和弯曲。
The guide pipe must be vertical. If multi-section steel pipe is welded, there must be no diameter change and bending.
导向管内壁必须光滑无毛刺，焊缝必须清理干净，开孔后必须将毛刺清除干净。
The inner wall of the guide pipe must be smooth and without burrs, the welds must be cleaned up, and the burrs must be cleaned up after opening.
