超声波液位计是由微处理器控制的液位数字仪表。在测量中超声波脉冲由传感器发出,声波经液体表面放射后被传感器接收,通过压电晶体或磁致伸缩器件转换成电信号,由声波的发送和接收之间的时间来计算传感器到被测液体表面的距离。超声波液位计采用非接触测量,对被测介质几乎不受限制,可广泛用于液体固体物料高度的测量。
Ultrasonic liquid level meter is a digital instrument controlled by
microprocessor. In the measurement, the ultrasonic pulse is sent out by
the sensor, and the sound wave is received by the sensor after being
radiated by the liquid surface. The distance between the sensor and the
measured liquid surface is calculated by the time between the sending
and receiving of the acoustic wave. Ultrasonic liquid level meter adopts
non-contact measurement, which is almost unlimited for the measured
medium, and can be widely used to measure the height of liquid and solid
materials
